Training Updates

As we have no game this week end we will be Training at Liberty Way from 14:30 til 16:00. Can all players please attend.

Ladies FA Cup Final

The ladies FA cup final is on the 3rd May 2010 and The Notingham Forest ground. We are looking go take a coach up on the day. Can any player that would like to go please e-mail Tim ASAP as we need to book the coach and get the tickets.

James has been coaching and managing of boys and girls football for over 13years. This season he has a new squad, with 11 of last seasons Under 18’s and reserves from the ladies 1st team. With the help of Coach Tim Watson the ladies have already started to bond as a squad and played a number of friendlies and been training hard with the 1st team.  Some players will be cross-registered to allow them to play for the 1st team when their squad needs a boost in numbers in key positions.

Shannon Lewer

Last week end Shannon Lewer played the last game for a while for us as she has decided to join the Army. Shannon has been a great asset to the team this season and we wish she had joined us a few seasons ago. She has not only been fantastic on the pitch but has also been evolved with the team off the pitch and fitted in well. We are hoping that she does not forget us and when she is at home at week ends she remembers to bring her kit with her. On behalf of all the players and coaching staff we would like to wish you all the best in your new career and remember to keep in touch we us all. I am sure she will be watching our progress with out her on the website.
