Doorway Team Up with NTFC on saturday

Nuneaton Town FC are looking forward to welcoming Doorway to Saturday’s game against Aylestone Park.
Young people that Doorway support will be attending the game thanks to the generous support of a Boro fan who is paying for the entry, and this is being matched by the Supporters’ Co-Operative so that more of the young people that Doorway support can attend. Staff will also on hand to explain more about their service & will be holding a bucket collection to raise vital funds for their charity.

Doorway is a charity that supports young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in across Warwickshire.

  • Their vision is to prevent youth homelessness and minimise its impacts by ensuring that all young people have a safe and secure place to live, a productive fulfilling purpose, positive relationships with others and good health to enjoy them.

  • Their mission is to give homeless young people a future through advice, accommodation options, support and life skills development.

  • They aim is to make sure that vulnerable, homeless young people can look forward with optimism, raise their aspirations and improve their quality of life.

Doorway are now in their 28th year and are proud to have worked with so many fantastic young people who often just needed someone to listen to their concerns and plan their next steps and basically get the help they needed to get back on track.

They work with a range of partners which helps increase our resources and create wider opportunities for everyone. Through their teams' dedication to our core values and mission they develop individual plans with young people to ensure they feel safe and empowered to make decisions about the next stage in their lives.

Doorway couldn't do what they do without help from our supporters and partner organisations.
