Our second pre-season friendly sees us face Sutton United at the Coleshill Road Stadium on Thursday 10th July, 19:45.
Last season Town were made to drop points by an impressive early season performance by Sutton United, but Nuneaton again put it right during their long winning run, putting 6 past them.
The second goal of those 6 was a blistering strike from outside the box by Aaron Williams which not only was Nuneaton Town's 100th league goal of their title winning season but was also featured on ITV's Central News as their goal of the week. The goal would be nominated for NTFC's goal of the season but would ultimately miss out to Declan Somel’s sumptuous volley in Bilston.

Either take the B4111 to Atherstone, the A5 and then the M42 south, or the A444 south, M6 north to J3A and then M42 north, to junction 9 of the M42. Take the Lichfield Road A446, past The Belfry golf club, then take the next left onto Grove Lane. After 2 miles go straight on at the roundabout onto Reddicap Heath Road, which becomes Coleshill Road and after 1.2 miles, the ground is on the left opposite Johnsons Ford car dealership down a driveway.
