THOMAS CALLS TIME WITH TOWN

After recent talks with the management team, Kai Thomas has decided to leave Nuneaton Town in search of more regular game time.

A danger man with his long throws, Kai was the mainstay at right back for Nuneaton last season after joining from Heather St John's and made 48 appearances since joining, adding a substitute appearance at Westfields in the FA Cup at the start of this season.

Speaking about his departure, Kai said -

“I’ve decided to move on as I’m looking to play regular football at this stage of my career. I’d like to thank everyone for their incredible support over the past 18 months. Everyone around the club is top-drawer, and it genuinely feels like a proper community. People like Piggy, who is always helping to raise money and support the club, show exactly what Nuneaton Town is all about. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and wish the club, the players and the supporters every success for the future.”

We would like to wish Kai all the best and offer our sincere thanks for his contributions to last season's title success
