Danico Johnson leaves Town

We would like to send our best wishes to Danico Johnson who has left the club.

As our leading goal scorer, Neeks was a crucial part of the title winning side that lifted the Midland Football League Division 1 trophy last season.

Joint manager Russell Dodd said "Unfortunately, after discussions, Danico Johnson has decided to leave Nuneaton Town. He has been offered to play at a higher level and after conversations with our management and his agent, we just couldn’t agree terms. We were then informed today by his agent that he will be leaving the club. We would like to thank Danico for his efforts and help in securing the league last season. Good luck Neeks, we wish you all the best!"
