JOSH GIVEN GREEN LIGHT TO SIGN

Nuneaton Town are delighted to announce that Josh Green has agreed terms with the club after a successful trial.

The 31 year old right back, who can also switch to the left back position or centre midfield, comes in to provide depth to the position along with Kai Thomas, and Josh brings a wealth of experience at a higher level. After making his name at Macclesfield Town, Josh then played for Stalybridge Celtic, Fleetwood Town, Chester City, Stourbridge, Sutton Coldfield Town, a spell with Welsh Premier League side Cefn Druids, before stints at Hanley Town, Walsall Wood and Rushall Olympic.

Josh spent last season at NPL Division 1 West side Shifnal Town, picking up their Supporters Player of the Season award, and makes the switch to the Midland Division for this season.

He impressed in the recent pre-season games and has joined the club for the upcoming season. Welcome to NTFC Josh!
