NTFC Team Up with Nuneaton Foodbank on saturday

We are proud to be teaming up with Nuneaton Foodbank to help support people in the local community by hosting a foodbank collection at our home game on Saturday 4th against the Adders.

April is the lowest month for donations so we've especially picked this fixture for this years collection. Last season, we raised £90 and donated 149kg of food. Let's see if we can do even better!

Those in attendance will be able to donate food or make a cash contribution to Nuneaton Foodbank and support people in the town who need it. In the last year, Nuneaton Foodbank has provided over 6,700 three-day emergency food supplies to people in crisis.

Below is a list of items that Nuneaton Foodbank urgently needs, as well as items they have plenty of.

Urgently needed food items:

UHT Milk, Pasta Sauce, Tinned vegetables & meat, Small Jars Coffee, Instant Mash Potato, Puddings, Jam, Squash, Crisps, Dog Food, Toilet rolls, Shampoo, Washing-up Liquid, Washing powder, Shaving Foam/Gel and razors. Soap, Tampons, Deodorant.

Nuneaton Foodbank have got plenty of:

Cereal, Soup, Tea, Toothpaste, Dry Pasta, Baked Beans, Porridge, Chickpeas/Red Kidney Beans
