There are vacancies on the Co-op Board of Directors and spaces for Co-opted members. Members interested in standing can download a Candidate Information Pack and Nomination form from the link below or ask for a copy from the Secretary.
In order to be put forward to become a Supporters Representative on the board of Nuneaton Town FC CIC, you need to become a Board member of the Supporters Co-Operative.
So if you would like to get involved in representing supporters at Board level and be involved in the running of the club, this is a great way to get stuck in!
The Nomination Form must be completed and returned (with the candidateโs statement) to the Secretary by midday Thursday, 30th April, 2026.
Should there only be one candidate for the Board vacancy, there will not be a formal ballot of members but instead those people validly nominated will be put to the Annual General Meeting for an affirmative vote.

In addition to any resolutions that will be put forward by the Co-operative Board, members can submit their own resolutions to the meeting.
Such a resolution must be submitted (in accordance with Rule 26 of the Society) to the secretary by midday Thursday, 30th April, 2026.
