Osborn grasps hometown opportunity

Nuneaton Town are pleased to announce that goalkeeper Finn Osborn has agreed terms with the club. The 20-year-old shot stopper joins from Northern Premier League Midlands rivals Barwell, where he made 38 appearances and keeping 7 clean sheets across all competitions last season.

Finn has been recognised as one of the Midlands most exciting talents in recent years after breaking into men’s football aged just 16 following time with the West Brom Academy. It was Kenilworth Sporting where the Nuneaton native first got his taste of the adult game racking up over 50 appearances for the then step 7 side.

He then made the move to Nuneaton Borough before spells with Nuneaton Griff, Hinckley AFC and Atherstone Town before making the jump back to Step 3 last season with Barwell.

After agreeing terms, Finn told the media team: “I’m delighted to be back at Nuneaton. I can’t wait to get going and hopefully give the fans plenty to cheer about this season.”

Welcome back, Finn!
